The roll was taken with the following result: SB 13 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 37 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Buch, Chenault, Cissna, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Doogan, Edgmon, Fairclough, N.Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Herron, Holmes, Johansen, Johnson, Joule, Kawasaki, Kerttula, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Neuman, Olson, Petersen, Ramras, Salmon, Seaton, Stoltze, Thomas, Tuck, P.Wilson Nays: Keller, Kelly, T.Wilson And so, SB 13 passed the House. Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 13 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, and returned to the Senate.
